MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience or training which demonstrates the ability to instruct and safely operate the type of equipment required to accomplish the duties of the position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have attended/completed Training, Validation and Operations School. Experience in managing vehicle training, Operator records and Ground Transportation specific training. Experience in performing training, documenting training, establishing & implementing training programs. Capable and experienced with developing performance tests specific for the equipment. Experience setting up exercise positions and boundaries in any arrangement that is convenient to that location. Capable of independently determining appropriate maintenance procedures to include estimate time, equipment, and material requirements. Experience to plan and layout work to be accomplished in the shop which is then completed by the lower graded workers.
