Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting program analysis to study or identify complex problems and provide resolution of identified issues for submarine construction, maintenance or modernization programs.
