You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VI band level. Examples of specialized experience for this position includes: Leading staff or projects involving the corporate structure or licensing of financial institutions, such as evaluating new charters, mergers, acquisitions or other structural reorganizations; AND Serving as an advisor to senior management on regulatory matters related to financial institutions, such as the development or interpretation of regulatory frameworks or compliance with laws and regulations. Highly Desirable: Experience evaluating, implementing, or overseeing digital assets (e.g., blockchain or cryptocurrency), payments modernization, open banking, or banking-as-a-service initiatives within a banking or financial regulatory environment. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
