To qualify for the position of Personnel Liaison Specialist, at GS-0301-12/13, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. To qualify for a GS-12 position you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Applies human resources principles, concepts, regulations, and practices in the following areas: Staffing, Payroll and Benefits. With minimal direction provides program planning and project management support on HR issues. With minimal direction prepares program-related correspondence, reports, and/or other written materials on HR related matters. To qualify for a GS-13 position you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Applies human resources principles, concepts, regulations, and practices in the following areas: Staffing, Payroll and Benefits.. Independently provides program planning and project management support on HR issues. Independently prepares program-related correspondence, reports, and/or other written materials on HR related matters. Independently researches and/or resolves HR issues. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 11/19/2026 of this announcement.
