Specialized Experience Statement: Candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-10 level in the Federal service or private sector coordinating fundraising or donor membership program activities, including donor cultivation, solicitation, renewals, stewardship, and member benefits; preparing donor communications and gift acknowledgments; maintaining accurate donor and gift records in a fundraising database; coordinating donor engagement events and activities; and analyzing program data to prepare reports and recommend improvements to donor engagement, retention, and fundraising results. OR a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR A Combination of Education and Experience (NOTE: please see General Schedule Qualification Standards, combining education and experience section.)
