GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work experience that demonstrates the ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 level that prepared them to perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes demonstrated competencies in human resources program business practices and familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, or U.S. Air Force. Relevant education or military or civilian academic coursework may be used to substitute for some specialized experience, when applicable.
