GENERAL EXPERIENCE: General experience is 3 years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4, that demonstrates the ability to: Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; Plan and organize work; and Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Skill in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately; Skill in applying procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material; Skill in presenting formal training presentations and briefings; Ability to prepare reports and presentation formats. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 36 months of fundamental working experiences with a validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade.
