Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: -Experience identifying and documenting gaps in security controls and relevant security parameters. -Experience presenting findings and debriefs to leadership on risks, operational impacts of non-compliance, and resource requirements to integrate/institute necessary security refinements. -Experience providing guidance on the physical security and safeguarding of classified materials and protection of information in accordance with cybersecurity inspection standards and methodologies. -Experience performing comprehensive assessments as part of the inspection process to determine the integrity of security administration and documentation of programs.
