Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Executing budgetary financial management for an organization's major programs or departments to ensure proper funding allocation and compliance with financial guidelines; (2) Administering resource programs utilizing either appropriated funding or working capital/revolving fund structures to optimize fiscal flexibility and account execution; and (3) Evaluating organizational budget and resource programs through continuous planning, monitoring, and analysis to improve operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
