In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate: GS-12: I have one year of specialized experience to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Highly proficient with skills in analyzing, evaluating and gathering data, planning, and organization; 2)Experience in conveying written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner and can clearly and effectively articulate to all levels of government and industry; 3)Experience in developing and presenting findings, reports or recommendations to analysts, employees, and managers inside or outside of the organization, agency heads or other high-ranking officials; 4) Experience in interacting with a wide variety of personnel and has business acumen for quick and accurate judgment; and 5) Ability to perform a full range of immediate and intermediate duties at the GS-1102-05 through GS-1102-11 level.
