If you are a current or former government employee on a permanent appointment in the competitive service, you must demonstrate 1-year (52-weeks) at the next lower grade level as listed in the qualifications below. Time-in-Grade applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks. Additionally, please ensure to submit an applicable SF-50 (please refer to the "required documents" section for additional information). To qualify for the position of Applications Delivery Manager, at GS-2210-15you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service, performing duties such as: directing the work of IT Specialists and development teams; managing the software application life cycle including strategic planning and project management; monitoring system performance; researching new software capabilities; identifying cybersecurity risks affecting applications and providing mitigation strategies; evaluating and recommending adoption of new or enhanced approaches to delivering IT services to the organization. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 09/24/2026 of this announcement.
