To qualify for this position at the FV-H (GS/FG-12/13) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G (GS/FG-10/11) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position to be filled. Specialized Experience includes: Experience examining aircraft registration, recordation and supporting documents in order to effectively assist other Legal Instruments Examiners in the Section; experience applying policies and procedures in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, guidelines, and procedures associated with the Aircraft Registration process; experience analyzing findings and making recommendations of proposed regulations and policy; and experience providing guidance concerning the application and interpretation of regulatory material affecting the Aircraft Registration Certification regulatory program. AND Quality Ranking Factor (QRF): A well-qualified candidate will possess knowledge of the Civil Aviation Registry and an understanding of the objectives of the Registry.
