Establishes effective working relationships to successfully complete work. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Graduate of the Defense Strategic Debriefing Course. 2. Demonstrated expertise in Vietnamese, culture, geography, Vietnam War history, and the USG’s Vietnam War POW/MIA accounting mission, knowledge and/or experience working with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency. 3. Knowledge and/or experience working with the Defense Attaché Service mission, either in DIA HQs and/or Defense Attaché Offices.
