Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing program functions, operations, or requirements (e.g. project planning and schedules, contracting, research and studies, cost estimating, improvement initiatives, workload management, budget planning and execution, strategic planning, workforce performance, or risk assessments) to support the sustainment, repair, maintenance, or modernization of surface ships, or shipboard systems and components.
