Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Overseeing and performing the collection, scanning, document indexing, and quality control of loose documentation and paper records into an electronic health record system; and 2) Managing health records, including tracking, auditing, requisitioning, transferring, and executing proper disposition; and 3) Directing the daily workflow including distributing assignments, establishing operational priorities, monitoring backlog, and adjusting workloads. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07)
