NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as developing and/or managing agency IT systems or applications; developing or managing solutions for reporting and managing agency data; and leading or overseeing staff, including allocating work, providing technical guidance, and mentoring team members. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Manages and Organizes Information Program/Project Management/Evaluation* Accountability Coaching and Developing Others Leadership* Database Management Systems Information Technology Architecture Information Technology Program Management* Data Literacy and Analysis Partnering *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
