Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-03). Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Testing the airworthiness of mission systems on rotary wing, fixed wing and/or unmanned aircraft, 2) Assessing the safety of weapon systems, including hazard analysis and risk mitigation, 3) Solving aviation problems using system engineering and program management methods and, 4) Leading a team in the accomplishment of organizational goals. Education cannot be substituted for experience.
