Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction). United States citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience litigating criminal cases in the federal courts and/or a federal judicial clerkship is desirable.
