Vertical Transportation Specialist Elevator Inspector Job Overview

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Evaluating elevators, escalators and other vertical transportation equipment to verify compliance with safety, maintenance, and code requirements; and Conveying maintenance, construction, code, and contract deficiencies to managers, mechanics and contractors; and Providing technical advice and developing specifications and estimates for the design and construction of elevators in new buildings, as well as for repair, alteration, modernization projects on existing facilities.
