Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing human resources programs to include position management, classification and recruitment actions; evaluating organizational structure efficiency by identifying personnel resource gaps, translating high-level policy directives and conducting studies to optimize personnel distribution; AND making critical administrative decisions to meet deadlines and recommend appropriate courses of action.
