Interdisciplinary Supervisory General Engineer/ Computer Scientist Job Overview

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing system engineering direction and technical leadership to engineers, technicians, and IT professionals; 2) Implementing and managing the execution of rapid integration projects involving of Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Combat Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, computer networks, IT systems and related A/V and electronic systems; 3) Leading technical innovation and organizational change to adapt with industry growth in technology; 4) Coordinating with strategic leaders and tactical partners in addition to industry to develop immediate and future solutions for the warfighter; 5) Providing technical engineering mentorship and project management direction to subordinates and other professionals.
