Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing formal certification of ship readiness. Experience demonstrating knowledge with non-nuclear engineering systems for submarines, aircraft carriers and other conventional surface ships. Experience utilizing technical manuals, directives, and reports pertaining to all non-nuclear processes associated with maintenance, overhaul, modification, and testing of nuclear and non-nuclear submarines and surface ship. Experience applying knowledge of shipboard systems, work control requirements, system testing, shipboard safety and SUBSAFE re-entry control. Experience managing non-nuclear work control and test programs for ship's availabilities. Experience reviewing work products and assuring subordinate employees perform quality work with time constraints.
