Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressively responsible work experience that provided knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance, inventory, ordering and instructing; and use of various recreation equipment. Good customer relations skills. Must be physically able to walk, bend, stoop, stand on a routine basis; lift supplies and equipment weighing up 50 pounds. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Have at least one (1) year of experience in Outdoor Sports Field Maintenance & Field Marking and Indoor Gym & Court Maintenance Possess a certification or proof of formal training from major commercial fitness brands (e.g., Life Fitness, Precor, Matrix) Completed at least one of the following trainings: Certified Sports Turf Manager (CSTM), OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certificate, or First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager.
