NOTE: All job seekers will be required to limit their resumes to 2 pages in length when applying for job opportunity announcements (JOAs) WHO CAN APPLY: GROUP I - All qualified Male/Female Commissioned Officers (O4/MAJ - O5/LTC) currently employed (permanent) in the Virginia Army National Guard Military Technician Program. Military Grades: Commissioned Officers (O4/MAJ - O5/LTC) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have have experience, education, or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the GS-12 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as: Experience including identifying activities involving logistical support operations. Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan. Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions.
