PCS STATEMENT: PERMANENT CHANGE OF STATION COSTS WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THIS POSITION. NDARNG Areas of Considerations (T32 Excepted Service) Area I: All onboard NDARNG Federal Employees (Tenure 1 & 2) Area II: All onboard NDARNG Federal Employee (Tenure 3) Area III: All NDNG military members Area IV: All Military Members Area V: All U.S. Citizens MILITARY GRADES: Enlisted members E-8 and below QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience and/or training must show possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position. In your resume you will need to address the general and specialized experience listed below. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have the experience or training which demonstrates the ability to compare item identification against receiving reports and issue request forms; skill in using hand trucks, dollies, and other equipment to move stock; ability to use hammers, pliers, and other hand tools; and to follow oral and written instructions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must also have the 9 months of experience or training in 1) Use manual or mechanized equipment to move, stack, bin and position materials and equipment; 2) experience in compiling reports, overall warehouse planning, documentation requirements, and accepted warehousing methods, procedures, and techniques; and 3) Follow established procedures for receiving, issuing, and shipping supplies.
