Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working with sail mechanical systems or towed array systems. Experience making decisions in difficult situations. Experience applying knowledge of shop practices. Experience identifying and resolving changing work situations. Experience monitoring Cost and Schedule Performance and taking actions to correct negative trends.
