PCS STATEMENT: PERMANENT CHANGE OF STATION COSTS WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THIS POSITION. NDNG Areas of Considerations (T32 Excepted Service) Area I: All onboard NDARNG Federal Employees (Tenure 1 & 2) Area II: All onboard NDARNG Federal Employee (Tenure 3) Area III: All NDNG military members Area IV: All Military Members Area V: All U.S. Citizens MILITARY GRADES: Officer (O1); Warrant Officers (WO1 to CW4); Enlisted members (E-6 to E-9) QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience and/or training must show possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position. To qualify, applicants must have the experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field and the experience using computer and supply automation systems. In addition to the general experience, applicants must meet the specialized experience. The specialized experience is described as one year of specialized experience at the GS 09 grade level or civilian equivalent which includes: 1) Experience analyzing, developing, and evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc.; 2) Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment; 3) Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures; 4) Experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. Applicants who meet one of the DoD Priority Placement Program (PPP) categories below are eligible to apply with this preference.
