To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess specialized experience at the next lower level pay band of FV-I/Level IV, or the equivalent of an FG/GS-13. Specialized Experience is: Experience providing technical expertise and certification on CFAD/CRAD and ECVEX. In addition to meeting the qualifications above, candidates MUST also address the "Demonstrated Abilities" listed in this announcement. Demonstrated Abilities: Narratives for demonstrated abilities are mandatory. The narratives should be clear and concise, providing a description of your education, training and experience that would describe the degree to which you possess each Demonstrated Ability.
