Job Responsibilities

As a BHIP Treatment Coordinator, you will serve as a cornerstone of the mental health team. Your primary duties include:

• Assessment & Diagnosis: Conducting thorough psycho-diagnostic assessments and utilizing the DSM to formulate accurate treatment goals.
• Clinical Intervention: Providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based practices.
• Care Coordination: Serving as a primary point of contact to ensure Veterans receive integrated mental health care, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaboration: Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care transitions and treatment efficiency.

Salary and Benefits
